
Gerard Rosato is a co-founder of Centurion Benefits and has been in the employee benefits industry since 2006, the last five as a principal at Centurion Benefits. Prior to founding Centurion Benefits, Gerard was a senior producer at a Pennsylvania based Insurance Agency. Gerard’s focus has always been in employer sponsored benefits plans, working with employers of varying sizes with employees across the country.
Gerard’s focus at Centurion Benefits is in the guidance and growth of the company in the midst of significant industry changes. Of significant interest to Gerard is working with companies to understand the Affordable Care Act and its impact on both employers and enrollees.
Gerard is committed to the idea that employers that offer a health and welfare plan have an obligation to provide the best plan possible for their employees. By following a “best practices” philosophy, a plan sponsor can truly create a plan of excellence.
Gerard is a member of the Abramson Cancer Center Leadership Council and manages an annual event to benefit the Living Well after Cancer program at the Abramson Cancer Center. The Program is a partnership with LiveStrong and funded in dedication to Sarah Rosato.
